Lodging an appeal with Valley Enforcement

You have the option to appeal against the charge you have received. However we would issue the following guidance should you wish to pursue this course. The final decision on revoking a charge notice rests with our appeals department.

Pay & Display car parks apply conditions of parking that Pay and Display tickets must be clearly displayed. If a failure to display is the reason for the charge you have received, any appeal would be dealt with by our staff reviewing the photographic evidence supplied by our operatives. Production of a Pay & Display ticket after the event does not discharge the drivers' obligations to park their vehicle in accordance with the advertised terms & conditions of the car park.

An appeal must be made in writing to this address:

Valley Enforcement Ltd
PO BOX 471
Newton Abbot
TQ12 9FX

Appeals must clearly show the Parking Charge Number you have been provided along with the Vehicle Registration Mark (number plate). You must clearly detail your reasons for your appeal and enclose copies of any supporting evidence. Our decision will be notified in writing in all cases, however if you wish to provide an e-mail address we'll also send a copy electronically.

Refunds of any payments received will only be provided if an appeal is approved by our appeals manager.
